What we process
Server logs: our hosting provider records IP address, browser type, requested page and time to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interests. Retention: up to 30 days.
Emails you send: if you email us, we keep your name, address and message to reply. Legal basis: legitimate interests. Retention: up to 24 months, then deleted.
Contact tool: the Channel compose tool runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is transmitted to us unless you choose to send it by email.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, run advertising profiles, or knowingly collect data from children. We do not publish profiles of junior boxers.
Sharing
Data may be processed by our hosting and email providers under contract. Where they are outside the UK, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses apply.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
